DESCRIPTION:The Insight for Customer Service Representatives course is designed to help utility employees efficiently navigate TUNet Insight (our new user interface) and interact with the data being presented. Attendees will not only be instructed on the new user interface\, but will also learn the inner workings of the metering\, power quality and remote disconnect applications that reside in our residential and commercial meter offerings. The classes are designed to be hands-on and are held in a small classroom setting to both maximize their learning experience and foster collaboration between utilities. \nCOURSE HIGHLIGHTS:\n\nComprehensive 2-day hands-on TUNet Insight for Customer Service Representatives course\nStudents require access to high speed internet and their own laptops and/or tablets*\nAll training will be conducted online\n\n* Students should have their own laptops and/or tablets configured for remote access for your TUNet deployment.
