DESCRIPTION:The TUNet Insight for AMI Professionals course is designed to help utility AMI employees efficiently navigate TUNet Insight (our user interface) and interact with the data being presented. Attendees will not only be instructed on the user interface\, but will also learn the inner workings of the metering\, power quality and remote disconnect applications that reside in our residential and commercial meter offerings. The classes are designed to be hands-on and are held in a small classroom setting to both maximize their learning experience and foster collaboration between utilities. \nCourse Highlights:\n\nComprehensive 2-day hands-on TUNet Insight for Customer Service Representatives course\nCourse fee: $800/person which will include all course materials including a printed participant’s guide\nStudents require their own laptop and/or tablet*\n\n* Students should ensure their laptop and/or tablet is configured for remote access for their TUNet deployment.
