Using a water ERT deployment as an example, we will review best practices that can be applied to water, gas and electric non-TUNet devices, along with tips for dealing with hard to reach meters. Best practices will include authorization and an overview of how TUNet supports the various devices. We will also review the troubleshooting tools available in TUNet Insight, TRUView and the legacy UI.
