The TUNet Administrator course provides technical training for advanced TUNet users and AMI administrators, with a focus on Insight, the new interface for the TUNet Control Center (TCC). Participants who achieve certification will be able to use Insight to anticipate, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
