The TUNet Administrator certification course provides technical training for advanced TUNet users and AMI administrators, with a focus on Insight, the new interface for the TUNet Control Center (TCC). Participants who achieve certification will be able to use Insight to anticipate, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network issues. This in-depth course includes hands-on training, use case analysis, troubleshooting, and classroom guidance through technical and operational tasks.
