The Insight for Customer Service Representatives course is designed to help utility employees efficiently navigate TUNet Insight (our new user interface) and interact with the data being presented. Attendees will not only be instructed on the new user interface, but will also learn the inner workings of the metering, power quality and remote disconnect applications that reside in our residential and commercial meter offerings. The classes are designed to be hands-on and are held in a small classroom setting to both maximize their learning experience and foster collaboration between utilities.
