TRUConnect™ Network Administrator

Join Tantalus for the Tantalus University TRUConnect Network Administrator course being offered in Batavia, IL. The Batavia Electric Department will host this 4 day event Sept 9 – 12, 2025.
The TRUConnect Network Administrator certification course provides technical training for advanced TRUConnect users and AMI administrators, with a focus on Insight, the new interface for Tantalus’ head end software. Participants who achieve certification will be able to use Insight to anticipate, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network issues. This in-depth course includes hands-on training, use case analysis, troubleshooting, and classroom guidance through technical and operational tasks.
