The TRUConnect Network Administrator certification course provides technical training for advanced TRUConnect users and AMI administrators, with a focus on Insight, the new interface for Tantalus’ head end software. Participants who achieve certification will be able to use Insight to anticipate, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network issues. This in-depth course includes hands-on training, use case analysis, troubleshooting, and classroom guidance through technical and operational tasks.
The Insight for AMI Professionals course is designed to help utility employees efficiently navigate Insight (our user interface) and interact with the data being presented. Attendees will not only be instructed on the user interface, but will also learn the inner workings of the metering, power quality and remote disconnect applications that reside in our residential and commercial meter offerings. The class is designed to be hands-on and is held in a small classroom setting to both maximize the learning experience and foster collaboration between utilities.
