For all of Tantalus’ customers and partners who attended TUC 2026 in Las Vegas last week, thank you. More than 300 attendees from 75 utilities joined us, along with channel partners, consultants, research analysts, and investors, all coming together around this year’s theme: “All In.”

TUC is one of the only events in the industry focused exclusively on municipal, public power, and electric cooperative grid modernization, and that focus shapes everything on the agenda.

Here are a few highlights from the week:
- A dedicated executive session that featured key trends for municipal, cooperative, and public power utilities presented by David Shpigler of The Shpigler Group, and live demonstrations of Tantalus’ latest power quality analytics tools.
- Nearly half of the training sessions throughout the conference were delivered by utilities, for utilities. Peers shared case studies, practical knowledge, and hard-won experiences to maximize the value from their own Tantalus deployments.
- Through our Community Strong program, 10 utilities were recognized for their community impact, each receiving a $1,000 contribution from Tantalus. This year’s $5,000 grand prize went to La Plata Electric Association for Light Up the Navajo Nation, bringing electricity to homes in one of the country’s most underserved regions.
- Attendees from 75 utilities participated in the Tantalus Bucks program to provide input on the product capabilities and improvements that would have the greatest impact for them. This year’s top priority: AMI infrastructure and device management. Your voice shapes our roadmap.
- Our Welcome Reception, Customer Appreciation Event at Cirque du Soleil’s “O,” and Community Strong Closing Ceremony brought the community together beyond the sessions. In addition to peers from other utilities, attendees had direct access to Tantalus’ Board of Directors and Executive Leadership team throughout the week.
TUC is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, and none of it would be possible without you. Thank you for your continued engagement, your great questions, and your commitment to your communities.
We look forward to seeing you at TUC 2027 in Charlotte, NC next April!
